Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support, including drafting and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and manage calendars, meetings, and events, ensuring alignment with team priorities.
Prepare and distribute accurate meeting agendas and minutes.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Manage and maintain records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Oversee procurement activities, including raising purchase orders, tracking invoices, and monitoring budgets.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and expense claims.
Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and on boarding new staff.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and work flow.
Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

You are a motivated and organised professional with a proven track record in administrative or business support roles. Your exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and strong communication skills will enable you to thrive in this role. Experience within the government sector or a similar environment is highly desirable.
- Initial 3 month contracts with potential for extension.
